Long-term collaboration

A partnership for companies whose next chapter needs more than one project

Some changes take years: first the brand, then a website, shop, packaging and campaigns. In a Partnership, we guide the work one stage at a time. You decide what comes next after seeing the results of the last stage.

When

When one project is not enough

Often several of these changes overlap. We help set the order and start with what matters most.

Mobipol

A generational handover

The next generation decides what to preserve from the company’s history and what to change so it can keep growing.

Mobipol

Stepping out from the manufacturer’s shadow

A distributor wants customers to recognise its expertise and service, not only the brands it sells.

Resibo

New markets

Customers in a new country may need different messaging, while the brand still needs to feel recognisable.

Resibo · Zojo

A growing portfolio

New products and ranges need shared rules, so every design does not have to start from scratch.

Mobipol

A new sales channel

A business that sells through representatives opens an online shop, and both channels need to speak the same language.

College Cribs

Several changes at once

The brand, website and digital product are changing at the same time, so they need to move together.

How we work

You run your business. We make sure every part works together.

You do not have to coordinate several suppliers or check whether the printer has the right file. Strategy, identity, website and materials come from one team and one set of decisions. We take care of the difficult coordination.

What it looks like day to day

  • Gabi or Piotr looks after direction and quality at every stage. You work directly with someone who knows the whole context.
  • One person on your side gathers the team’s feedback and approves the direction. Decisions move faster.
  • We collect feedback in one place, not across scattered email threads. Everyone knows which version is current.
  • We send regular progress updates, so you know where the budget is going. We price new requests before work starts.

Stages and pricing

We finish each stage before starting the next

There is no need to sign one large contract for years of work. We agree on the stage that makes sense now and plan the next one when we know more.

  1. 01

    Initial assessment

We find what is holding back the change and where it makes sense to begin. Often, that starts with a brand audit.

At the end of the stageA clear starting point and its cost.

  2. 02

    Strategy and messaging

We clarify the brand’s position, key messages and how to speak to customers.

At the end of the stageA set of arguments for the whole sales team.

  3. 03

    Visual identity

We translate the messaging into an identity, colours, typography and rules for future work.

At the end of the stageA visual identity and implementation files.

  4. 04

    Priority rollouts

Website, shop, packaging, signage and sales materials, in the order that best supports sales.

At the end of the stageThe brand in the places customers see it.

  5. 05

    Ongoing development

Further campaigns, product lines, websites and materials, led by people who have known your brand from the start.

At the end of the stageA plan for the months ahead.

A defined stage

When the work is clear: a brand system, website, shop or packaging. You know the price and timing before we start.

Ongoing team availability

When change unfolds over months. We reserve team time for agreed recurring work, without opening a new project each time.

Mobipol · lubricant distributor

One website grew into five stages of collaboration

Mobipol first came to us for a website and stayed for years. Each stage produced something the team used every day: an identity, a website, a shop or a sign.

We prepared printed materials around the company’s current needs, directing the budget to the work that best strengthened its standing in the industry.

  1. Stage 1Brand audit and competitor analysis
  2. Stage 2Identity, visual system and messaging
  3. Stage 3Website with lubricant selection and oil analysis tools
  4. Stage 4Oleje Sklep online shop
  5. Stage 5Materials, signage and launch campaign
“Entrusting Holy with upcoming projects is a no-brainer; we can focus on our core duties, confident in their dedication to excellence.”

Zojo Elixirs · supplements and nutraceuticals

Five years, 13 packages and one recognisable brand

Zojo Elixirs entered the market in 2018 with a core range of formulas. New products followed, each needing its own character while still looking unmistakably like Zojo. The work also included catalogues and two websites: one for launch, another as the range grew.

Different designers worked on later projects, while Gabi, as creative director, kept the brand consistent. The owner could focus on running the business instead of coordinating designers.

“Holy Studio designed unique packaging and a functional website for us. We value their ability to accurately assess risks and opportunities, as well as their knack for selecting the best solutions. Our products shine and stand out from the competition, offering a truly unique experience.”

The right fit

A Partnership works best when both sides know what to expect

We are a good fit if

  • you have an operating business, customers and revenue
  • one person on your side makes the decisions
  • you have a budget for implementation as well as strategy
  • you are comfortable working in stages and agreeing each scope separately

We are not a good fit if

  • feedback comes from many people without a clear decision
  • you expect a large scope to be done quickly at the lowest cost
  • you prefer many rounds of revisions to making one considered decision
  • you are still building your business model and need everything at once

Questions

Questions about a Partnership

Looking for an answer to another question? All questions

Do we need to know the full scope from the start?

No. We agree on the first stage that makes the most sense, then plan the next one as we learn more. After each stage, you can end the collaboration or change priorities.

How do you price a longer collaboration?

In two ways: defined stages with an agreed scope and budget, or ongoing team availability on an agreed schedule. You know the cost before each stage begins.

Who leads the project on your side?

One of us, Gabi or Piotr, depending on the work. Our designers and developers work under our direction, with trusted partners joining when the scope calls for it.

Can you work with our marketing team, IT team or printer?

Yes. We can prepare files for your team or coordinate with the printer and review proofs. You remain responsible for paying the printer.

Do you work with companies outside Poland?

Yes. We have worked with clients in more than 10 countries, from Ireland to China, including across very different time zones. We work in Polish or English, and the project can run smoothly without in-person meetings.

Contact

Tell us what you want to bring into focus

To get started, send us your website, what you want to change and any deadline that matters. We will reply within two working days and suggest a first stage. If a Pilot or a smaller scope makes more sense, we will say so.

Gabi or Piotr will reply personally. Prefer to talk? Give us a call.
