Pilot · a first step

Test a new brand direction before changing everything

We take your most important offer, sharpen its message, shape a visual direction and launch a sales page. You end up with a live page that lets you see how customers respond to the new brand. The price and timing are agreed before we start.

Who it is for

When a Pilot makes the most sense

Changing a brand can feel risky when you do not know how customers or the team will respond. A Pilot tests the direction on a real offer and real traffic before you commit to a wider change.

You already have customers and revenue

An operating business gives us something real to work with: we can see what customers value and where the website loses them.

You want to sell one offer more effectively

We focus on the service or customer group that matters most and shape the message around what will help them choose you.

You can make decisions quickly

Up to two people gather feedback, and one person makes the final call. That keeps the Pilot moving.

You need a working sales page

At the end, you have a live page ready for referrals, email traffic or campaigns.

Not sure whether a Pilot is enough? Start with a brand audit  and we will help you see how much change makes sense.

Scope

What you get in a Pilot

Included

  • A review of your current website, offer and materials
  • Website copy ordered around how customers make a decision
  • A visual direction: a new or refreshed identity, colours and typefaces
  • Design and implementation of a sales page with a contact form
  • Measurement to show how the page performs after launch
  • Files, access and instructions so the site does not depend on us

Outside the Pilot, if needed

  • Naming and product names
  • Additional offers, languages and markets
  • An online shop and integrations
  • A larger website with multiple pages
  • Packaging, photo shoots and a complete brand book
  • Managing advertising campaigns

The Pilot has a fixed price because its scope is fixed. If another offer or language is added, we agree on a new price before continuing. No surprises on the invoice.

The process

Four steps from first conversation to a live page

We need your knowledge of the business, the materials you already have and one person to approve each stage. We take care of the rest.

  1. 01

    Conversation

We check whether a Pilot can solve your problem. If it cannot, we will say so and suggest another way forward.

At the end of this stepA fixed price and schedule before you commit.

  2. 02

    Messaging and page structure

We learn about your offer and customers, order the arguments around their decision and write the page copy.

At the end of this stepCopy you are comfortable putting your name to.

  3. 03

    Visual direction and design

We design a new or refreshed identity, colours and typography. Once the copy is ready, we design the page around it.

At the end of this stepA page design and the foundations of the new brand.

  4. 04

    Launch

We implement the page, check the forms and tracking, then hand over the files and access.

At the end of this stepA working page and a list of next steps.

How Coders3 stood out in tech without a single team photo

Coders3 is a Wrocław software studio founded by experienced developers. They had plenty of expertise, but no team, office or event photography to show it.

We used bold yellow, illustrations and icons to give the site a personal character. Holy Studio created the identity, copy and website design; the Coders3 team implemented it themselves.

“At every step, we felt assured by their expert guidance. They kept us well-informed about ongoing developments and efficiently navigated any challenges.”

After the Pilot

After the Pilot, you decide with evidence in hand

At the end, we will suggest what to do next. Further work is optional. First, see what the Pilot achieves.

01

Put the page to work

Your sales team has a clearer message, and you can see how enquiries change.

02

Improve using what you learn

After a few weeks, we can refine the copy, sections and calls to action. We agree that work separately.

03

Develop another area

A further page, packaging or sales materials can be a separate, defined project.

04

Move into a Partnership

If the Pilot shows that the whole brand needs to change, we can guide the work in stages.

Questions

Questions about the Pilot

Not sure whether a Pilot is enough? Start with a brand audit

Is a Pilot a smaller rebrand?

No. A Pilot tests a new direction on your most important offer and sales page. Rebranding  changes the whole brand wherever customers encounter it.

Will the Pilot include a new logo?

It may include a new identity or a refresh of the existing one. We decide after discussing what customers recognise today.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

We agree on the price and schedule before work starts, based on a defined scope. They stay fixed unless the scope changes.

Does a Pilot guarantee increased sales?

Honestly, no studio can guarantee that: sales also depend on the offer, price, website traffic and how quickly you respond to enquiries. We provide clear messaging and a page ready for referral or campaign traffic. Campaign management is separate.

Who looks after the page after launch?

You can manage it yourself: we hand over access and instructions. If you prefer, we can agree on technical support separately.
